Our Services
Age Concern Eastwood Dementia Project provide specialist care for people living with dementia and their carers.
We provide day care 5 days a week for those living with dementia and a fully comprehensive programme of carers services, all from the beautifully refurbished stables within the peaceful setting of Eastwood Park, Giffnock.
For people living with dementia we provide a comprehensive programme of purposeful and meaningful activities for our clients to enjoy while attending our centre, as well as practical help with personal care services such as showering, laundry, hairdressing, nutrition and more. For carers, our service provides a little respite from the responsibilities of caring. Activities for carers include coffee mornings, carers’ lunches, education, general meetings and access to information.
